Twin Tower PSA Oxygen Generator
twin tower oxygen generators are the machines we would consider conventional. Many oxygen generators in the world have twin tower designs. They perform well in harsh working environments.
Amec Industries manufactures two different types of twin tower oxygen generators for use in the medical and industrial fields.
The equipment used in the oxygen generators to be used to produce medical oxygen is selected in a way that is suitable for human health. In both types, the oxygen purity in the produced gas is measured continuously.
Amec Industries manufactures oxygen generators with capacities from 3 Nm3/hr to 1,000 Nm3/hr.
Our oxygen generator systems can also be delivered as plug & play systems on container or skid chassis.

Inlet Air
Control System
With the built-in dewpoint analyzer, the inlet air quality is measured instantaneously, in case the dwewpoint value is above +3C specified in ISO 8573 class 1.4.1, it is automatically evacuated in order not to damage the zeolites, and when it returns to normal, it is sent to the oxygen generator.
Electronic Flowmeter
Stainless Steel Press Fittings Piping
Thanks to its integrated gaskets, SS 316 quality stainless press fittings piping is used in our twin tower oxygen generators to achieve a leak-proof, practical and clean production.
Electronic flow meters are used to monitor and record the amount of oxygen produced and / or the inlet air flow rate instantly and cumulatively.
Capacities
The definition of Nm³ is calculated based on reference conditions of 20 °C, 101.325 kPa(a) and a dry basis.
The specified flow rates are valid for generator operation at 20 °C / 60 °F, 1013 mbar / 14.7 psi and 60% RH atmospheric conditions.
CO, CO2, Dewpoint Analyzer
The amount of CO and CO2 in the decomposed oxygen and the dewpoint value of the oxygen are continuously measured. Amec Industries fully fulfills the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia.
Oil Mist Analyzer
The safety of the system and the user is guaranteed by measuring the oil vapor up to 2.5 mg/m3 so that the oil vapor coming from the compressed air system does not cause zeolite destruction.
