Modular Oxygen Generator
Our modular oxygen generators are designed for users whose oxygen consumption tends to increase over time.
The lowest production capacity is 2.5 Nm3/h and the maximum production capacity of a single machine is up to 15 m3/h.
Thanks to the modules added side by side after 15 m3/h capacity, the production capacity can be increased up to 150 m3/h.

Aluminum Zeolite Tanks
Zeolites filled in 6000 series aluminum pipes with high corrosion resistance have been working safely for many years.

Inlet Air
Control System
With the built-in dewpoint analyzer, the inlet air quality is measured instantaneously, in case the dwewpoint value is above +3C specified in ISO 8573 class 1.4.1, it is automatically evacuated in order not to damage the zeolites, and when it returns to normal, it is sent to the oxygen generator.
Air Conditioning
Flow control valves are used to adjust the supply air flow .
Electronic Flowmeter
Stainless Steel Piping
Electronic flow meters are used to monitor and record the amount of oxygen produced and / or the inlet air flow rate instantly and cumulatively.
In order to obtain manufacturing in accordance with international standards, SS 304 and SS 316 quality stainless fittings and piping are used in our modular oxygen generators.
CO, CO2, Dewpoint Analyzer
Oil Mist Analyzer
The safety of the system and the user is guaranteed by measuring the oil vapor up to 2.5 mg/m3 so that the oil vapor coming from the compressed air system does not cause zeolite destruction.
The amount of CO and CO2 in the decomposed oxygen and the dewpoint value of the oxygen are continuously measured. Amec Industries fully fulfills the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia.
Capacities
The definition of Nm³ is calculated based on reference conditions of 20 °C, 101.325 kPa(a) and a dry basis.
The specified flow rates are valid for generator operation at 20 °C / 60 °F, 1013 mbar / 14.7 psi and 60% RH atmospheric conditions.
